Gap

I have a gap of 2 years after my undergrad, i finished my gre and ielts which took almost an year to prepare. Meanwhile I interned for 3 months but I can somehow get a it certified for 8 months. Rest of the gap I'm planning on putting certifications. Will this be an issue during my visa and admissions for fall 2023. And could anyone suggest what can I do for the rest of this year which could strongly justify my gap and build a good profile?
