Documents needed for F1 Visa application

1. A passport with at least 6 months validity beyond your actual stay. 2. A copy of the DS-160 application form (You can get it online) 3. Receipt of payment for the SEVIS fee 4. Confirmation/Interview letter 5. A copy of college provided I-20 form 6. 3 months of bank statements proving you have the funds to pay at least a year of college fees (Mostly for younger students, it can be of their parents/guardian) Salary or pay slips 7. Original and a copy of your marksheet or provisional certificate from your previous school/college 8. Make sure to carry the original and copy of ll examination mark sheets needed for the visa process from 9. Scores IELTS SAT TOEFL GRE 10. Supportive examination records/results Financial documents: 1. The form 16 that includes tax returns filed for the atleast 1-2 financial year(s) 2. The bank statement and passbook copy of the last 3-6months 3. Original salary slips and letters of employment 4. Statement from certified chartered accountant 5. Scholarship letter (if applied/received) 6. The loan approval letter by the bank and/or the concerned authority #CommunityMentor #visa
