Course change in Australia

I had commerce stream in my 12 th standar d which I completed this year with an 89 percentage. But, I do not want to puraue my career in the business field which I have realized now, I want a career in health e.g bachelor of nursing or bachelor of social work , but if I apply for these courses before coming to Australia, my chances of student visa rejection increase . So if i take a bachelor of business course before going and change it on reaching there in tha same university, what will be the procedure? #courseselection
