Computer Science in Germany

I am planning of pursuing MS in Computer Science /Information Technology in Germany. I wanted to do job after completing my MS but want to keep myself open to pursuing PhD in future, if need be. I also want to study in decent university which is reputed and well recognised, yet not very competitive. What university should I consider accordingly? TUs or FHs? Could you also provide name(s) of the university? My cgpa is 7.7 and I have 10 months work experience. #Germany
