You should start with shortlisting the countries and states you feel are comfortable for you (food, weather, expenses etc.). After that you can check the universities and courses in that country like USA, Germany, Canada etc. See more

MS in CS would be a difficult option for you. Better try for MIS as it's easy to adapt from a different background. See more
