Can anyone help me find safe universities for my profile? Thanks!

I am looking for an MS leading to PhD programme in Mechanical Engg (specialisation: Computational Solid Mechanics) for Fall 2021.

Undergrad GPA: 3.98/4.00
Undergrad university in 350s (QS World Ranking 2020)
No publication yet, but working on 2 research projects with an Asst. Prof at Uni of Wyoming (not my undergrad uni; I was an exchange student)
Haven't taken GRE yet, but mock tests place it at a 320.
