Below is my profile: 1. B.E. EEE CGPA=6.61 (Bits Pilani, Pilani campus) 2. 1 year PGP in Big Data Engineering (Ends this november) Expected CGPA=8 (Bits Pilani, Hyderabad Campus) 3. 3 very good projects ( 1 end to end: music recommendation app using ML ) and 8 decent projects all as a part of course curriculum using several big data tools like Hive, Spark, Pig and concepts like MapReduce. Also have decent hands-on with other Big Data tools. Projects had large data sets ranging from 1gb to 44gb. 4. Certification in R and Python covering mostly EDA and ML basics and case studies using small data sets. Also text mining using R. 5. Think i can end up with a Decent SOP highlighting branch change, passion for data and also my future plans. 6. All 3 LORs from Bits Hyderabad campus faculty 7. GRE is on 10th Sep ( Expected around 322 ) I want to pursue my masters in Data Science. I found the following programs offered by these universties in line with my interests. Could you tell me if i could get into any of them given my low bachelors cgpa. Note: List is in the order of my liking towards the program. 1. MSIA- Northwestern University 2. MSDS- University of San Francisco 3. MSIA- The University of Chicago 4. Big Data Analytics- University of Michigan, Ann Arbor 5. MSDS - New York University 6. MSDS - Illinois Institute of Technology 7. MSA- North Carolina State University 8. MSADS- Syracuse University @NEC-rekha
