@ankita25 Is it better to opt for MS in Computer Science (and take elective subjects for AI, ML and Data Science) or MS in Data Science?

Profile :
GRE - 310 (V- 143, Q-167)
TOEFL - appeared.. expecting somewhere around 100-105

Qualification - B.E (IT) Mumbai University
4 years aggregate - 63.2%

Experience - 2.5 years at TCS (working 2 teams simultaneously for Ericsson telecom domain project which is used by AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, etc)

LOR 1 - Department HOD who retired just 6 months back. He himself persued his MS from ASU and Worked for Inter as Chip Designer for 9 years.

LOR 2 - Team Lead at TCS, who is 8 years experienced.. currently on site in Ontario, Canada

LOR 3 - OS Kernel and Live Trading product expert working in my team as my Technical supervisor.

Could you also suggest me some Safe and Moderate Universities for my Profile ?
