Private room for rent!
A private bedroom (can be used individually or shared) in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is currently available. The bathroom is shared. It's located in the Oaks of Boca community, approximately a 10-minute walk from FAU!
Move-in will be available by the end of January.
Details:
Rent is $850 (Excluding Utilities)
Private bedroom and shared bathroom
Unfurnished
Parking, and pool available
Total move-in charges would be ~$2600 (first month's rent in advance, security deposit)
