ME: Good morning officer, I am fine.
VO: Pass on your i20
ME: Yes sir, Florida Institute of Technology.
VO: So, you are heading to do your masters in IT (as printed on my i20)?
ME: No sir. CIS: Computer Information Systems.
VO: Which college have you pursue your bachelor's from?
ME: GITAM University.
VO: So are you from IT in your UG?
ME: Sir, I have done my undergrad in ECE: Electronics & Communication Engineering.
VO: What is your percentile in UG?
ME: I scored ---% in UG i.e. equivalent to ---/4 acc. to WES evaluation.
VO: What is the most conductive element used in an electronic circuit?
ME: Copper i.e. used in wiring of every circuit.
VO: Did you apply for an educational loan?
ME: No, I haven't.
VO: How are you showing the required funds?
ME: My father is my sponsor.
VO: What's his annual income?
ME: XXX Lacs.
VO: What does he do?
ME: He is a landlord, he owns --- acres of agricultural land and he works as a manager in.
VO: What does he grow there?
ME: We grow Paddy and we do aqua farming.
VO: Show me your father's bank statement.
ME: Sure thing. passed the statement.
VO: Congratulations your Visa is approved.
ME: Thank you sir, you made my day.
- Start making a proper eye contact from the beginning of your interview.
- Try to sound confident (& not cocky).
- Do not volunteer information.
