Whether you are changing careers, seeking to deepen your expertise, or are an international student pursuing a new path, our programs will enhance your classroom studies, advance your career, and help you grow intellectually, personally, and professionally. The graduate level co-op program is a voluntary experiential learning option available to students who meet eligibility requirements. It supports full-time students enrolled in Computer Science, Data Science, Health Informatics, Health Data Analytics, or Cyber Security master’s degree programs. There are three primary components to the CCIS graduate co-op process: preparation, job search, and work experience. For the purposes of eligibility, internships and cooperative education are treated as a co-op and not considered separate experiences. The co-op process also includes successful completion of the Graduate Cooperative Education Seminar (CS6949), as well as clearance meetings with your co-op coordinator and abiding by all co-op policies.
