Visa Slot Booking - Agent or Self? Please DM me if you have any Agent info?

I have a Spring semester F1 rejection, no reason shared- I upgraded my univ to MS in CS at Northeastern University Boston Campus - so hoping I have a better chance this time around, but Visa Slots keep showing "No Slots Available" for over 2 months now - not sure how the Agents are able to book! - So looking for some help here!
