Those who are applying to TAMU Masters in Computer Science: I understood the difference between MCS

Those who are applying to TAMU Masters in Computer Science:
I understood the difference between MCS and MSCS. My doubt is if both are equal if I want to pursue a job after MS?
I chose MCS initially and my recommenders have submitted their LORs. If I change now, will they need to upload it again?
