Regarding 'RO Details' step in IELTS registration process

When applying for IELTS.. there is 'RO Details' (Recognised Universities details) step. Here it says we can fill upto 5 universities of our choice to which our IELTS scores will be sent for free of cost.
I want to fill those 5 universities but it asks for 'File/Case Number' which I don't know.

Now my questions are -
- Do I need to add 5 universities now itself (while registering for IELTS) or can I also add after I receive my IELTS score?
- If I have to apply now.. how do I get to know about the File/Case number?
