Pending Backlog while applying for Masters (USA)

Hello, I'm now in my fourth year 1st semester of my bachelor's degree and am preparing to apply for master's programmes in the United States. I have one backlog in my 3-2 that I need to clear in the next supply exams. Is it acceptable to apply for master's degrees while there is a #masters #ms #backlogs
