Opinion on universities I got admission for masters in public health MPH Kent State University California state university san bernardino Which is university is best? Place regarding part-time and cost of living?

CSU San Bernardino is a mid ranked regional uni in the west, whereas kent state uni is a low ranked national university. They may offer around the same level of education, but opportunities would be different in both the states. California maybe better in that sense.
