Hi,
I need help with taking decision, as to which universities i should apply, as I know that I haven't scored good enough. Or should I apply at all, as I am earning here fine compare to my experience and don't want to risk of going there with low probability of getting job. Also I am not planning to give GRE again. Need your inputs and suggestions.

My profile:
GRE score(took yesterday): 306(Q164,V142,AWA yet to come, expecting 3)
TOEFL - yet to give

3 + years experience as of now in Siemens, Cerner and Tavant in software development
Btech- 64.9% ,CSE, College: AKGEC(one of top colleges in my state, I am not sure if this counts).

I am ITIL certified, OCJP certified and have a MOOC in R Programming from coursera by John Hopkins University. Also I have recognitions from Cerner.

I have done internship once for a month and industrial training for a month too from small level companies.

The list of universities i came up with:
1. SUNY Buffalo
2. UFL(University of Florida)
3.ASU
4.Syracuse
5.Boston University
6.TAMU,college station
7.Rutgers
8.University of Minnesota,Twin cities
9.NCSU
10.Indiana University Bloomington
11. Maryland

Is the above list fine for my profile or is it too ambitious because of low GRE? Also please suggest universities for which i can safely apply to.
I also need one more suggestion, that if the specialization courses are good enough with respect to job prospects or not? My area of interest is - Machine learning, AI and data analysis. Looking forward for your valuable suggestions.
