The campus of the University of Nebraska offers amenities that are regarded to be beneficial to learning.

  • For programs involving student exchange, foreign research, and higher education, it has partnered with institutes and universities abroad.
  • The University of Nebraska-Lincoln has cutting-edge facilities for providing all-encompassing education. The campus is equipped with contemporary lecture halls, cutting-edge labs,  IT and computing labs, multimedia studios, libraries, and meeting spaces.
  • The university has established a recreation facility with exercise programs, competitive and non-competitive sports, massage treatments, and outdoor activities.
  • Students can go to the University Health Center for medical needs. In exchange for students paying tuition, it provides several services at no cost to them.

Student life

  • Over 500 student organizations are available for students to join in order to pursue interests outside of the classroom. The Nebraska Cornhuskers, a Division I sports team in the NCAA, play in the Big Ten Conference.

The university offers students on-campus housing. 

  • Traditional residence halls, suite-style dorms, and apartments are available to students. On campus, there are ten conventional halls.
  • Three structures have rooms decorated in a suit-like manner.
  • Additionally, the university offers learning communities to students who desire to live with others who have similar academic interests. There is a process for applying for this opportunity, and it is first come, first served.
  • Students are also given access to off-campus living options in the form of apartments, specifically in hotels like the Courtyard Marriott, Hampton Inn, and Residence Inn.
