Bachelor's degree programs in Germany need a school leaving certificate or other certification equivalents to the German Abitur before you may apply.
To be eligible for a graduate course, you must have earned a degree equivalent to the one necessary in Germany.
The rules of Germany's Central Office for Foreign Education are used to establish whether your past credentials are equivalent to the German requirements for admission. The "anabin" information site of the Central Office for Foreign Education has further details on these rules. Unfortunately, Anabin can only be purchased in German.
Between June 1st and July 31st and December 1st and January 31st, you may apply to enroll in a degree program for the winter and summer semesters, respectively.
