Hi Guys,
My university has sent my transcript in a sealed and stamped envelop which was further put in an A4 yellow envelope( this outer envelope was not stamped, sealed, and signed) and was sent to WES but WES rejected my transcript with the reason "WES received your document in an envelope that was NOT stamped or signed across the back flap by the appropriate official. Therefore, WES is not able to determine that the document was issued and sent directly by your institution". My transcript was sealed and stamped by the university stamp but still, they have rejected it. Please let me know if anyone else has faced the same problem and if you know the solution for the same.
