Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology has a campus in the city's historic district: Bundoora and Brunswick's Campus is the University's other two campuses in Australia. It also has two regional sites, two campuses, and a center in Spain. Since then, the campus has grown to include 87 buildings.

The absence of boundary walls distinguishes RMIT University, and the entire campus is spread across six city blocks, covering an area of approximately 720,000 square meters.
