Roosevelt University offers two on-campus residence halls for all students:

• Wabash Building Residences is located in the heart of downtown Chicago and offers panoramic views of the city skyline and Lake Michigan. It is a mixed-use building that also houses classrooms, dining facilities, and a fitness center. Room types in the Wabash Building Residences include single, double, and triple occupancy. All rooms are fully furnished and include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a private bathroom.
• University Center is located one block from the Wabash Building Residences and is a newly renovated residence hall that houses students from Roosevelt University, DePaul University, and Columbia College. Room types in the University Center include double and quad occupancy suites. All suites have a private bathroom, kitchenette, and living room.
