Transportation in the city

Walking or running is one of the best ways to stay healthy whilst travelling to the University's city campus. NTU has created a traffic-free heart of campus at the three main campuses, and the other transportation facilities include buses, bikes and cars.

  • The city campus of the University is home to courses like management and marketing, business, law, criminology, justice, finance and economics, accounting, architecture and civil engineering, art and design journalism, properties, psychology, sociology, construction, health and social care along with youth studies.
  • NTU is one of the most environmentally-friendly universities in the UK with outstanding facilities such as the 11 million GBP ISTec Centre along with the state of the art laboratories. 
  • The University has a world-class sports centre, stunning pavilion, crime scene, training facility, business simulation lab, mock courtrooms, imaging and displays research facility etc.
  • The Boots library of the University's city campus is the University's main library located at the centre of the city side and supports the School of Architecture, Art and Design, Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Law School and social science.
