California State University, Dominguez Hills is a public university located in Carson, California. Established in 1960, it is a member of the California State University (CSU) system. As of 2020, CSUDH had a student body of 17,763, with 15,873 undergraduates (89.4%) and 1,890 post-baccalaureate students (10.6%).
Approximately half of the students at CSUDH are the first in their families to attend college. Known for its remarkable ethnic and economic diversity, the university is recognized as one of the most diverse in the western United States. A: Waitlists are lists containing names of students who wish to add a class. Students are not officially enrolled in the class until they have been moved from the waitlist into the class. Waitlists are created during registration when a class has filled up. Once a waitlist has formed, you cannot add yourself into the class, you can only add yourself to the waitlist. In the event of an opening, students are moved nightly from the waitlist into the class. Waitlists are available until the first day of classes.
