Alphacrucis College Australia, Created in 1986 when pastors of the Assemblies of God came together and made a firm decision to create and develop a training center. They named it The Assemblies of God College, with its main purpose to be an institution for leadership training covering the different academic fields, finally a year after its creation in 1987 the College was approved, recognized and accredited.

The college is one of the largest in Australia, but not just that it is also one of the largest self-accredited tertiary Christian institutions in Australia, it is the training institute for the Assemblies of God church. The college was given the right to accredit itself authorized by the Tertiary Education Quality Standards Agency Act 2011 this act allows it accredit itself, its programs and courses and also acts as a vector for other examples - Business and Management, Religious courses
