Transportation in the city

The college provides a shuttle bus service that only runs between the different University of Brighton Campuses and halls. To reach the UB campus from outside the campus students can use public transport like buses and trains. Bus numbers 25, 28, and 29 are the regular buses to the college from Mill Street, while trains (Southern) can be boarded from Brighton and Hove station. Only the students are given an extra discount while travelling through public transport.


Services offered by the university

  • All the UB campuses have big and up-to-date libraries namely, Falmer Library, St Peter's House library, Aldrich Library, Queenwood library, and Hastings library, with all the new edition books and e-books. 
  • UB also offers some great IT rooms where students can have hands-on some new technologies for research and studies. All the IT rooms are covered with high-speed Wi-Fi. 

Student life at University of Brighton

The University of Brighton Campus includes 4 large and urban campuses across the city. The 4 University of Brighton Campus is Moulsecoomb, City, Falmer, and Eastbourne. All the campuses have hi-tech facilities and technologies. The city campus is situated at the center of Brighton city, Flamer is a few kilometres away from the city campus and is known for offering the best medical programs, Moulsecoomb is the largest campus and accommodates a large student population, and Eastbourne is situated nearside beach and provides excellent recreational activities.

  • Students enjoy an artificial outdoor pitch, a dance studio, a newsroom, a swimming pool, and many other recreational facilities provided by the college.
  • The Sallis Benney Theatre in Brighton also hosts many on-campus events during festivals and the rest of the whole year during England's biggest arts festival.
