In Hong Kong, the Mass Transit Railway (MTR) is the most widely utilized and favored form of public transportation. Over ten lines, it links 80 stations in Kowloon, Lantau Island, Hong Kong Island, and the New Territories. From 6 AM until 1 AM, they run often, every 2-4 minutes. They are made up of overhead, subsurface, and light railways. On Hong Kong Island, the tramline only runs in the north.
