Undergraduate Admissions
Prospective undergraduate students should apply through either the ApplyTexas platform or the Common Application. This single application serves for both admission to UT Dallas and the Naveen Jindal School of Management (JSOM). Applicants must submit official academic transcripts, standardised test scores (SAT/ACT), and proof of English proficiency (TOEFL/IELTS) if applicable.
Graduate Admissions
Graduate applicants, including those for Master’s, MBA, and PhD programs, must apply via the UT Dallas Graduate Application Portal. Required documents typically include academic transcripts, standardised test scores (GMAT/GRE), a resume, letters of recommendation, a statement of purpose, and proof of English proficiency (TOEFL/IELTS) if applicable.
Visa Requirements
International students admitted to JSOM must obtain an F-1 student visa. The university's International Student Services Office (ISSO) provides guidance on the visa application process, including the issuance of the Form I-20, which is essential for visa application.
Scholarships
JSOM offers a range of merit-based and need-based scholarships for both undergraduate and graduate students. Notable scholarships include the Dean’s Excellence Scholarship, Dean’s Impact Scholarship, and various donor-funded scholarships. These scholarships may help students qualify for in-state tuition rates for two consecutive semesters.
