IAE Aix-Marseille was established in 1955 based on American business schools affiliated with major universities. 150 Masters, MScs, MBAs, and Doctorates are available, with specialization in many management areas (including six programmes exclusively taught in English) as a part of The IAE Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management Courses. They are continually being updated to match the demands of the commercial sector. The institution is part of Aix-Marseille University, founded in 1409, and is the largest university in the French-speaking world.

AMU owns and operates facilities in Arles, Aubagne, Avignon, Digne-les-Bains, Gap, La Ciotat, Lambesc, and Salon-de-Provence, in addition to its major campuses.

  • The International Festival is an annual event created by and for the international community of IAE Aix-Marseille, where they showcase their culture and customs in a welcoming and stimulating environment. A Student Office and staff team is dedicated to assisting international students in making this event a yearly success.
  • The BDE (Student's office), led by an energetic team, arranges programs and events that provide lasting recollections of time spent at IAE Aix-Marseille. There are additional culture and culinary evenings, humanitarian projects, and foreign affairs in addition to the integration weekend, ski weekend, and other daily thematic evenings.
  • The BDS (Sports office) objective is to promote sports and bring students together through events and sporting events. It arranges for students to participate in the IAE French Cup events. 
  • The Aix-Marseille University sports association (AS AMU-IAE) prepares students for interuniversity contests in volleyball, rugby, basketball, soccer and leisure sports.
  • Hikes to the peak of Sainte Victoire are organized frequently.

Teacher-researchers at IAE Aix-Marseille have received national and worldwide recognition for their work. CERGAM is the research association of the institute which has five disciplinary and cross-disciplinary axes: Entrepreneurship information and internationalization, Finance accounting control, Public management, Marketing and management of services and Strategy and human resources management. Every year, it supervises 50 theses, and 70% of doctorate applicants are overseas students.


Internship opportunities (Part time job opportunities)

Every year, the IAE Aix-Marseille signs over 800 internship agreements in France and abroad, allowing students to get valuable professional experience that will enable them to begin working as soon as they graduate. All of our programmes feature 3- to 6-month internships at the programme's start, middle, and conclusion. 

Propulse is a non-profit organization run by 25 master's programme students that give their time. Its goal is to train IAE Aix-Marseille students for future employment while also aiding businesses in the region in five areas of specialization (communication, human resources, finance, marketing, and entrepreneurship). Paid assignments enable students to put their talents in a professional setting.
