Albert College of Art & Design is a public university of art and design founded in 1962. ACAD is located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Transportation in the city

Alberta College of Art & Design has various local transportation services. Students can reach the college with the closest subway or taxi services. In addition, students can use the light rail services, which provide regularly scheduled transportation from Harvest Hills Calgary to the college campus.

  • Students can enjoy the large Alberta College of Art & Design campus and state-of-the-art building. The college has all the basic amenities, including well-equipped classrooms, art studios, auditorium, study rooms, canteen, and two professional galleries where students can showcase their artwork and pop-ups.
  • Students can access the on-campus library called Luke Lindoe, which has a collection of over 25,000 journals and art books related to design, craft, visual arts etc.

  • Students can access the on-campus athletic facilities. ACAD provides various athletic facilities like a swimming pool, weight training room, aerobics and dance studio, squash courts, racquetball court, hockey rink, a multi-purpose gym, and a diving area.
  • Students can use the lodgepole space in college to interact and socialize with other students and participate in traditional ceremonies, workshops, or other functions.
