• Apartments@525 is apartment-style living consisting of 4-5 person apartments with singles or doubles sharing a living area, kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities in-unit.
• Louis Prang and Vancouver Apartments are apartment-style living consisting of a mix of studios and apartments with singles and doubles, sharing a kitchen, common area, and bathroom. Students in this community use the Evans Way Laundry Room.
• LEAPs (Residential Learning Learning Communities) are special interest housing communities offering students the opportunity to live and learn with others who share their interests. These communities focus on topics such as sustainability, engineering, and the arts.

Cost: The cost of a double room in a traditional residence hall is $10,350 per semester, while the cost of a single room in apartment-style housing is $14,250 per semester.
