You can look up for different types of accommodation from websites of Apartments, Rentals, also different facebook groups might help you. Its better you connect to the students from the university on LinkedIn for a better personalized perspective.

As you're looking to rent with fellow students, I would suggest you drop a message on your university group. You shall find different peers who have applied, shortlisted, admitted into the University of California, Santa Cruz on this group below.
