You have an exceptional profile, however, as you are willing to change your stream and did not mention anything about the relevant work experience, it might slim your chances down to get admitted into the University of Texas at Austin or Dallas. This is just a personal suggestion, but it all depends on how you portray your skillset and experience in your Statement of Purpose and your application.

I also would like to suggest you to apply for Universities in 3 different categories namely, Ambitious, Target and Safe, so that you would definitely land up with few admits from different universities.
