I am confused between choosing these two universities

Hello guys I recieved admits from University of North Texas and University of South Florida for Ms in Electrical engineering Iam intrerested in VLSI courses and curriculum USF seems to be a top University and texas seems to be a good place with many opportunities Iam confused , suggestions are welcomed! #Masters #UNT #USF
