Do I have any chance with State univ of NY, buffalo or stony brook or syarcuse university for the below profile

GRE -301 (Q-162, V-139) AWA- 3
TOEFL - yet to take
GPA - 73%
Decent LOR & SOP
No paper, 26 months of work experience
MS IN MEM

Also please suggest some more universities...thanks in advance
