• You will receive a 100% refund of your ₹18,000 fee if you cancel 14 or more full calendar days before the test date.
• You will receive a 50% refund if you cancel between 8 to 13 days before the test date, which means ₹9,000 will be refunded.
• If you cancel 7 days or less before the test date, you will not receive any refund.
• No refund will be provided if you do not show up for the exam on the test day.

All cancellations must be made through your My PTE account on the official website of Pearson PTE. The refund is credited back to the original payment method.

You can reschedule your PTE exam if your plans change, but the fee depends on how early you make the change. The closer you are to the test date, the higher the cost.
