University College Birmingham is located in Birmingham and the distance between the city and the university is 1.3 miles. All of the university’s campuses are closely located and the distance between the city center and five campuses is less than a mile. Students can travel by the local buses which typically last for 9 minutes. Students who choose to commute by rail can use the intercity link at the Birmingham New Street Station. Students can either drive or walk to the university which takes 4 minutes and 20 minutes respectively. Additionally, coach services run frequently to Birmingham Central Coach Station from all major towns, cities, and airports.
