Transportation in the city

INSEAD France Campus is located on the edge of the Forest of Fontainebleau and is minutes away from the town's city center. It lies within reach of all airports and rail systems connecting Paris with the rest of the world. Students can take the train to Fountainbleau – Avon, take the bus to Dunant, then walk instead. Moreover, vehicles from Paris Bercy to INSEAD via Melun are also available.

Services offered by the university

INSEAD France offers an assortment of services to its students to ensure their professional, academic, and personal well-being. 

  • Academic Services – The Georges and Edna Doriot Research and Learning Hub provides students with access to millions of books, articles, and journals on all business and associated social sciences domains. Digital resources, including business and financial databases, are also available. WiFi is available throughout the building. Study tables and reading areas are provided to students on each floor. Moreover, they are equipped with power sockets, printers, photocopiers, and scanners. Soundproof phone booths are also available.
  • Medical Care – The Student Medical Services at INSEAD France offer general telemedicine and in-person appointments. Some of the assistance of the medical department include generic health advice, first aid, treatment or consultation for injuries, mental health problems, flu, COVID-19, etc. 
  • Career Services – The Career Services department of INSEAD France offers an array of assistance to help students succeed in their careers and studies.   • Campus Life – The main campus of INSEAD France is located in Fontainebleau. The vibrant campus consists of 29 lecture halls, two restaurants, a bar, a bookshop, various study areas, lounge halls, an extensive library, and a fully equipped gym.
  • Student Clubs –INSEAD France is home to 42 student-led clubs and organizations catering to academic interests, social causes, performing arts, etc. More than 53 percent of the institute's students manage the clubs by engaging in commendable leadership. 
  • Sports Activities – Athletics and sports are two integral aspects of the students' lives at INSEAD France. The campus has a well-maintained fitness center that is open from 6 am until 10 pm.

INSEAD France offers on-campus housing for both long-term and short-term stays. For short-term stay, students can live in the hotels on and around the campus that are dedicated to the participants of short-term programs, seminars, conferences, etc.
