Which is the Best Option Northeastern Boston IIT Chicago with Scholarships or German Universities

Hi everyone

Im currently in a dilemma about choosing between three options for my higher education and I would love to hear your thoughts and experiences

Ive received an offer from IIT Chicago with some scholarship support and Northeastern University Boston and one of the German Universities
In terms of quality of education job opportunities networking cost of living and future prospects which option would you recommend Id appreciate any insights especially from people who have studied at these places or have knowledge of the education system in Germany and USA
