National University of Singapore doesnt necessarily require the exams like  SAT/ACT for Indian students.(Optional). Even the English Proficiency Test TOEFL/IELTS is mentioned ^Not Required^ in the Admission Requirements page for Indian Students in (Central,ISC and state boards). For nanyang technological university taking SAT/ACT can just boost your chances of getting in but not required.
