What to do after my Master?

I’m doing MTech Mechatronics in india it’s 5 year course, I wanted to go to Canada after my Degree.
I’m really confused if I had to go under student visa which option will be good for me — post grad diploma, double masters, PhD program! And which course should I look for, and it will be better for my future!
