Unable to see transcript on USC Application Portal

Hi, I’m unable to see any status (such as “under review” or “received”) for my uploaded transcript. However, for other documents like my LORs, I can see the status as “received.” Is it normal for transcripts to not show a status, or do I need to send them separately by email or through another method to USC?
