@rithwiksarma USC is a top university it doesn't care much about GRE. GRE is an ADAPTIVE test and in many cases students who have retaken the test there has not been a great change. Hence instead of giving staple advice of retake GRE try suggesting some universities for the profile.
In USA there are 4000 + which suits all types of profiles.
