Searching for University

I have secured 98.3% in my 10th grade 97.2% in my 11th grade and 90.2% in my 12th grade can I get into a better University like "MIT" or "Stanford" . Whats the Amount required for computer science in mit for 4years of bachelor degree and for masters in computer science. #applicationprocess
