Opinion on universities

Question

I have received admit from the below universities

1. Missouri University of science and technology-  - MSCS
2. Texas A&M commerce - MSCS
3. Kennesaw state University-  - MSCS

Kindly suggest me which university is better and higher visa acceptance rate

Missouri S&T ranks #146 on CSRankings whereas the others don't appear in the rankings at all. Missouri University of Science and Technology is also ranked #179 in National Universities, so its a decent average ranked university.
The other two options are ranked much lower than this, and I wouldn't consider them over Missouri S&T due to the lower quality of education you may get there.
