I have completed my btech in CS 2022 batch and the overall cgpa is 8.04. i have completed my gre 317 and yet to attempt the itles now. Suggest some of the best universities to do my master's in CS for fall 2023 intake

Since you haven't given IELTS yet, you are pretty late for fall intake. 
If you give IELTS now, you might recieve your result in March, and then you might be able to apply to good Unviersities, but you will need to hurry.

Your profile is good, mainly because of your impressive CGPA and GRE scores. So if you are planning for fall intake, you must make haste.

Give IELTS as soon as possible, so you can apply before March ends.

some still open are open like ut dallas but idk any more
