Is 12% interest rate too high?

I got an offer from leap finance for $80000 at 12% interest rate. Is it too high or in line with current interest rates?

I checked the interest rate of SBI, which is said to have one of the lowest interest rates, and it is aroun 10.90%.

Can I proceed with leap, or are there any other suggestions??
