MBA is Required to Transition into Management Jobs and You can  potray the same if you were employed, Or You can say that you want to become an entrepreneur and you need to gain knowledge on how to manage people and raise money and What Not.
Or If you are taking mba with Finance concentration, you can say that u don't like your current Job and want Start your own hegde Fund Company and Become A VC.
