I have got admits from UT Arlington( without scholarship ) and UT Tyler ( with scholarship ) ... for ms in CS  ...! I heard Arlington is pretty crowded and  no on campus jobs and scholarships ... could anyone please provide some insights ! thanks !

You wrote GRE long back but don't have good idea about shortlisting universities. UT Tyler would give you admission based on your Ielts score itself ????

The best thing for you to do is wait some more time, May be retake GRE and apply for next spring or fall. UTAr and UTT are not worthy of your profile.
Do more research and shortlist univs better. Apply for atleast 5 univs
