You can aim to increase your GPA in the remaining semesters. Along with that, to target for few of the top universities you must also have a good score in GRE and IELTS/TOEFL. You should also try to enhance your profile with relevant research or publication or internships or projects to get admitted into prestigious institutions. Apart from these, make sure your SOP and LORs are well written and showcase your skills effectively.
